The Ellsworth Cooperative Telephone Association
is a locally operated Co-op in which subscribers to
our service need to become members. Cost to become a member of
our
Co-op is
$10.
A Brief History Telephone
Services came to the area in 1902 with the formation of the Cooperative
in 1965. Refunding profit from operation is
the main benefit of being a co-op. As a cooperative, Ellsworth
Cooperative Telephone Association is
proud
of its dividend
history that has been paid out over the years.
The company provides service to the communities of Ellsworth,
Garden City and their surrounding rural areas. Ellsworth is a
growing community in the southeast part of Hamilton County with
much to offer. Garden City is a
quaint little community located in southwest Hardin county and
was featured
in a National Geographic
article back in May of 1981.
